The first thing you need to do is become a member of Our Teen Life by registering HERE.
Once you are a member you will be able to see a “Submit Video Now” tab that will guide you through uploading your video. Make sure your video follows the rules below!

Rule of submitting video’s to Our Teen Life:
1. All video’s files must include your name and the subject of the video in the following format: FristLast_MyVideo.mp4
2. You must have your parents permission to submit videos.
3. There must not be any inappropriate language or messages, including acts of violence or vandalism. Any inappropriate or unlawful videos will be turned over to the appropriate authorities.
4. All videos must be approved by the Our Teen Life staff before they are aired to the website.
5. All videos must be shot in one of the following formats: wmv, mpg, mpeg, mov, mp4
6. All videos must be 30 minutes or less
7. By submitting a video to Our Teen Life you are giving Our Teen Life the permission to use, edit or alter your video for play on our website and all of our web channels (this is called a universal license) whenever and however we see fit. Our Teen Life does not guarantee that your videos will be aired nor do we guarantee certain time slots. All submissions fall under the Terms of Service agreement.
8. All videos must be accompanied by a list of all individuals shown in the video along with their ages and a release form must be signed by all parties in the video along with at least one parent or guardians signature. You may print the release form here.
